Menstrual Education for mothers and daughters
experiences | workshops | programmes

Hi, I’m Jess . . .
a Creative Educator in South East London
Welcome to my sister-project, Feminine Wise.
I help mothers and daughters navigate the transition through menarche into adolescence in my connective workshops, experiences and monthly programmes. With 18 years working as a creative educator for young people, I’m here to help women and girls become knowledgeable, aware and embodied.
I’ve been on my own amazing journey of transformation with menstrual cycle awareness – it was life-changing! All my experiences and studying with phenomenal teachers merged with my passion for creative teaching, and led me to launch a special enterprise to ground girls in feminine-centred body-knowledge. Feminine Wise is here to support you and your daughter in a way that is holistic, empowering and whole-hearted.
In 2024, I launched the GirlWise First-Period Experience, and it has been going from strength-to-strength, offering a warm and creative gathering designed to offer girls a positive view of their approaching menstrual cycle, whilst bringing them in open connection with other girls and women.
This Autumn, I’m thrilled to be bringing The Girlwise Path, a series of six monthly sessions that support girls in exploring their voices, values and strengths through storytelling, therapeutic arts, learning body-literacy and awareness. Watch this space for more info to come!
Looking forward to supporting you! X
